Drivers fill union meeting

The Ottawa Citizen was at today's meeting of ATU 279 membership at St. Elias Cathedral, which the paper reported on its website was filled by almost 2,000 bus drivers, mechanics, and dispatchers.

There is nothing too surprising in the story -- members largely voiced their support for the union leadership, which used the meeting as a rallying point before Thursday's vote -- but some of the images are striking.

Pun intended?
